Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Pages: 19. Chapters: List of The Magic School Bus characters, List of The Magic School Bus episodes, List of video games from The Magic School Bus, The Magic School Bus (TV series), The Magic School Bus at the Waterworks, The Magic School Bus In the Time of the Dinosaurs, The Magic School Bus Lost in the Solar System, The Magic School Bus merchandise. Excerpt: This is a list of episodes of the children's television series The Magic School Bus, which is based on the books of the same name by Joanna Cole. Consistency has varied depending on the order of episodes. In the first episode ("Gets Lost In Space"), Arnold mentions that the class has already been inside a rotten log ("Meets the Rot Squad") and to the bottom of the ocean ("Blows Its Top") even though both episodes were released later. Each DVD contains three 30-minute episodes of the series. The following is a list of episodes appearing on each DVD. This is a list of characters that appear in The Magic School Bus television series. The diverse class is more than likely in the third grade, as Dorothy Ann celebrated her 9th birthday in "Sees Stars," making the class 8 and 9 years old. In the computer game The Magic School Bus Explores the World of Animals, Phoebe mentions that the class is in the third grade. Note that the books include additional students not seen in the TV adaptation (although Rachel, John, Carmen, and Michael made cameos). Only eight of Mrs. Frizzle's students appear in every episode and regularly attend field trips. Additionially, Arnold's cousin Janet accompanies them on their field trips. Catchphrases: Voiced by Lily Tomlin in the TV series and Tina Marie Goff in the games, she is a teacher at Walkerville Elementary. She is normally referred to as Ms. Frizzle, but her students sometimes call her "The Friz." A redhead, she wears wacky clothing that reflects the subject of each adventure and earrings that glow just before a field trip begins. (In the original books, her dress on the last page usually hinted at the plot of the next book; the very last book sees it covered with question marks.) She enjoys singing, seems unafraid of danger, and often refers to her relatives or ancestors during trips. She appears to be very attached to the bus, almost as if having a nostalgic connection to it. Her first name is revealed as "Valerie" in The Magic Schoo

What is a frontier? What are the frontiers of the future? What frontiers are being explored today? These and other questions are presented in this series on frontiers that help make this concept come alive to all students. The books in Prufrock's new Differentiated Curriculum Kits employ a differentiated, integrated curriculum based on broad themes. This all-in-one curriculum helps teachers save planning time, ensure compliance with national standards, and most importantly, pique their students' natural excitement and interest in discovery. By participating in the wide variety of activities in the Differentiated Curriculum Kit for Grade 6, students will discover the frontiers around them and gain a lifelong desire to learn. In Frontiers Book 3: Geology, Astronomy, and Environment, students will explore many different types of frontiers found within the broad concepts of geology, astronomy, and the environment. Students will investigate questions such as What is the rock cycle? What is plate tectonics theory? and Who was Alfred Wegener? Once students begin to understand the forces at work on our own world, they examine research taking place to land the first man on Mars. By studying the Flashline Mars Research Station and the effects of near zero-gravity on mammals, students will have a better understanding of just how daunting of a task it will be to someday land on the red planet. This book also looks at what is being done to conserve the natural resources on our planet.
